JeanFEGANTreasured memories of a much loved Mum, fell asleep 23rd April 2023.
The beloved Wife of the late Robert Fegan and loving Daughter of the late James and Rose Hannah Clayton of Hurdles Farm, Cloughfold, Rawtenstall, who were formerly of Dean Lane, Water, Lumb-in-Rossendale and also of Westhoughton and Snow Hill Farm, Darcy Lever, Bolton.
Whisper the wind, And please tell me to where, My loved ones have gone to, Then carry me there.
So I once again, Can just see them awhile, The light in their eyes, And the warmth of their smiles.
For seems long ago, Since they had to leave me, But my heart still is bleeding, 'Though no one can see.
So please, if you know, Take me just for awhile, A moment will last me, A lifetime.
The above poem was written many years ago and was a much loved poem of our Mother's. It was written by Linda Fegan in special memory of all the precious people in our lives who had meant so much to us, and we had lost.
We write the verse again here, for our very special Mum, who is loved beyond words...
All our love always and forever.
From your loving Daughters, Christine, Jeanette Roberta and Linda at Padiham.
